Description
Pirmax PIR ISO2 Rigid Thermal Insulation Panels
Pirmax Iso2 panel is a PIR (Polyisocyanurate) rigid thermal panel that has been modified and can be used in a variety of applications, including internal ceiling insulation boards. A reflective foil layer is applied to both sides of these panels. Pirmax PIR insulation is the next generation of high-performance insulators for commercial and residential developments, and it is designed to provide excellent thermal value with minimal cavity. Because of its low thermal conductivity, it has the highest thermal value of any PIR insulation product available, ensuring that buildings maintain their thermal efficiency throughout their life span. Pirmax PIR rigid panel is a lightweight closed cell Polyisocyanurate foam core panel that is easy to handle and fast to install on any substrate or application.
Benefits of PIR Insulation Panels

How to Install Pirmax ISO2 Insulation?
Using approved insulation fasteners, Pirmax ISO2 Panels can be fully secured to a concrete soffit. The recommended fixing rate is 11 insulation fasteners per panel, with each fastener having a minimum head diameter of 35mm and a minimum penetration of 40mm into the soffit. In areas where the panel is not exposed to external wind pressure, the following layout with 5 fasteners may be used. The fire rating, application, and exposure will vary depending on the application, and care should be taken to ensure that the fixing anchor material meets the requirements of each project.
